Put 1 tsp oil in a heated pan.
Then add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1.5 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Add 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, 1 tbsp chhole masala and 1/8 tsp hing.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Add the soaked and boiled chhole.
Add sufficient water, mix well, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins.
Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
