Chocolate Gulab Jamun Recipe

1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
150 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
5 Tbsp(65.0 gm) Sugar
1 Number(0.23 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
5 Tbsp(44.0 gm) Milk Powder
  • For Gulab Jamun Dough

    In a bowl add 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder, 1 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp khoa, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and mix together.

  • Now add 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Knead a soft dough, make small balls out of it.

  • Heat oil for frying and fry prepared gulab jamun, fry till it turn slightly golden in colour.

  • For Sugar Syrup

    Boil water, add 5 tbsp sugar, 1 Elaichi, boil till thickens and allow it to slightly cool.

  • Now, add the prepared gulab jamun to sugar syrup and 1 tsp chopped pista.

  • Serve hot.
