1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Pumpkin Seeds
4 Number(4.0 gm) Almond
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Alsi
4 Number(41.0 gm) Dates
  • In a blender, add 4 no dates, 4 no cashew nut, 4 no almond, 2 no dry apricot, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp alsi, 2 tsp coco powder and blend well.

  • Make small round balls.

  • Coat in 2 tsp grated fresh coconut.

  • Serve fresh.
