- Step 1
Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp Nestlé Milkmaid, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and whisk well.

Further, add 2 tbsp powdered jaggery and whisk again.
- Step 3
Sieve 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and 2 tsp cocoa powder in the mixing bowl.

Pouring in a little water fold the mix well.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp vinegar, seedless cherries, and mix it in.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 7
Grease the cake tin with butter.
- Step 8
Pour the batter in the tin making sure it is leveled, put it for baking at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
- Step 9
After 25 minutes, check with a toothpick if the cake is done.
- Step 10
Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
- Step 11
Serve fresh and warm.
