1/2 Medium(84.0 gm) Peach
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
3.0 Chopped Tbsp(49.0 gm) Dates
3.0 Grated Tbsp(26.0 gm) Dark Chocolate
2.0 Tbsp(23.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Vinegar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • Take a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp grated dark chocolate, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and whisk well.

  • Further, add mashed dates, and 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and whisk again.

  • Sieve 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4th tsp baking soda and 2 tsp cocoa powder in the mixing bowl.

  • Pouring in a little water fold the mix well.

  • Add 1/4 tsp vinegar and mix it in.

  • Coat a steel tin with 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp whole wheat powder

  • Pour the batter into the tin making sure it is levelled then place a peach slice on top of the batter and put it baking at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

  • After 25 minutes, check with a toothpick if the cake is done.

  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

  • Serve fresh and warm.
