- Step 1 Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, and whisk well.
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp suji, 3 tbsp maida, and 1/8 tsp baking powder, and mix well. Add water if required to achieve a batter that is thick yet of pouring consistency.
- Step 3 Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnut.
- Step 5 Grease the idli moulds and spoon in the batter.
- Step 6 Steam cook for 810 minutes. Demould the idlis once cooked.
- Step 7 Drizzle 1 tsp chocolate syrup over them.
- Step 8 Serve.
