- Step 1 In a bowl, add powdered biscuits, melted butter and mix well.
- Step 2 Set it evenly at the base of a tin and refrigerate
- Step 3 In a blender add avocado slices, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup diced chocolate, 1/2 cup whipped cream and 4 tbsp sugar powder,
- Step 4 Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Step 5 Pour the avocado filling over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Step 6 Top it up with 2 tbsp chocolate chips.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding cranberries
- Step 8 Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
- Step 9 Slice and enjoy as is, or top with fresh berries
