1/3 Diced Cup(54.0 gm) Avocado
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Cream
2 Tbsp(24.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
4 Powder Tbsp(44.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Cup(123.0 gm) Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup(127.0 gm) Whipped Cream
10 Number(85.0 gm) Digestive Biscuits
1/4 Diced Cup(51.0 gm) Dark Chocolate
  • In a mixing bowl, add powdered biscuits, and melted butter and mix well.

  • Set at the base of the tin.

  • Then, add 1/2 cup cream cheese, 4 tbsp sugar powder, and melted chocolate.

  • Beat together to a smooth and fluffy consistency.

  • Add the whipped cream, mashed avocado and fold it into the mix until it blends.

  • Smoothly layer this mixture into the biscuit base in the tin.

  • Refrigerate and set for 45 hrs.

  • Garnish on top with fresh avocado slices and chocolate chips.

  • Serve the ready delicious cheesecake.
