Steps
- Step 1 Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Step 2 Once the garlic is cooked and starts simmering, add 1/2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1/2 tbsp chopped celery and 1 tsp chopped spring onion
- Step 3 Sauté on medium to high flameOnce reduced slightly, add chopped chicken and sauté
- Step 4 Once the chicken is slightly cooked, add a little water
- Step 5 Allowing the soup to simmer, add chopped green chilly soaked in vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder
- Step 6 Mix 1/2 tsp cornflour in water and add to the soup as well
- Step 7 Cover and cook for a few more minutes
- Step 8 Once the chicken becomes tender, serve hot
