- Step 1 Add 1/3 cup of julienne cabbage, 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum, 1/8 cup of chopped carrot and mix well.
- Step 2 Add the boiled, shredded chicken.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onions and 1 tsp soya sauce.
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp each of salt and black pepper powder.
- Step 5 Drizzle 1 tsp vinegar lightly over the mix.
- Step 6 Toss the salad thoroughly and finish with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds on top as a nestle twist.
