This crunchy, fresh and colourful Chinese chicken salad is a great low carb option packed with nutrition and keeps you feeling fuller longer.
First, boil and shred 1/4th cup of boneless chicken pieces.
Next, add 1/3rd cup of Julienne cabbage, 1/4th cup of chopped capsicum, 1/8th cup of chopped carrot and mix well.
Add the boiled, shredded chicken.
Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onions,1 tsp soya sauce.
Season with 1/4th tsp each of salt and black pepper powder.
Drizzle 1 tsp vinegar lightly over the mix.
Toss the salad thoroughly and finish with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds on top.
