This recipe for carrot soup contains almost no calories and provides you with lots of vitamins. Carrots are especially a great source of beta-carotene, which is a very effective antioxidant. This beta-carotene is partially converted in the body into vitamin A, which gives multiple benefits, not only for your eyes but also for your blood vessels and immune system. This soup is made with only a few actions and doesn’t take much cooking time.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp Oil, 2 tbsp chopped Carrot, 1 tsp chopped Capsicum and 2 tbsp chopped Tomato.
Saute all ingredients well.
To this now add 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder, 1 tsp Vinegar, 1 tsp Soya Sauce and add water as required.
Stir all ingredients well and allow it to simmer for sometime.
Now add Corn Flour paste and mix well.
Let it cook for 34 min.
Serve it hot.
