Cheese is packed with protein, calcium and other micronutrients. gives a delicious taste and texture to basic toast.
Heat pan on low flame, add 1 tsp butter, 2 no. bread halves on it. Now put 2 tbsp grated cheese on the bread and add 1 tsp red chilly flakes, white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), let it cook for 2 minutes. Now flip the bread and let it cook properly on both the sides.
Serve with sauce.
