With the combination of chickoo which is rich in vitamin A, C & fiber and lactose free milk rich in protein,this beverage is a great energy booster and yummy alternative for children who are lactose intolerant.

Nutritional info

1/2 Cup(118.0 ml) Lactose Free Milk
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Chickoo (Chopped)
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
  • In a blender add 2 tbsp chopped chickoo, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 cup lactose free milk

  • Blend to a smooth consistency.

  • Serve chilled.
