Chikki Peanut Mava With Dry Fruits Recipe

3.0 Powder Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery
2.0 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa
1.0 Powder Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts
1.0 Powder Tbsp(8.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Powder Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1.0 Powder Tbsp(8.0 gm) Pista
1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • Melt 1/2 tsp ghee in a frying pan and add 2 tbsp khoa.

  • Mixing well add 3 tbsp jaggery powder and stir it continuously till the jaggery melts.

  • Once a thick paste is formed on the pan, add 1 tbsp peanut powder, 1 tbsp almond powder, 1 tbsp cashew nut powder, 1 tbsp pista powder and mix well.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are mixed evenly, pour the mix on a flat surface.

  • Using a spatula spread it evenly, cover with a kiln wrap and roll using a rolling pin to even the surface.

  • Cut into a desirable shape.

  • Serve at room temperature.
