- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp ghee, add 2 tbsp khoa and cook until it softens.
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp jaggery powder and stir continuously until the jaggery melts.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp peanut powder, 1 tbsp almond powder, 1 tbsp cashewnut powder, 1 tbsp pista powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 5 Immediately transfer the chikki mixture onto a greased flat surface.
- Step 6 Flatten it using a spatula to your desired thickness.
- Step 7 Cut into pieces while it is still warm
- Step 8 Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container.
- Step 9 Enjoy this crispy chikki.
