Chickpea tomato salad is a healthy, filling combination of chickpea and tomato with a lemon herb dressing making it a high protein and antioxidant-rich recipe.
Per Serving: 1 Medium Bowl - 100.0 gm
Take a bowl and add boiled chole, 2 tbsp chopped tomato,2 tbsp chopped onion and mix well.
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves mix properly.
