Chickpea Tomato Salad Recipe

A combination of chickpea and tomato makes it a high protein and antioxidant rich recipe. 1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper Powder

  • Pre Preparation

    Soak and boil 1 tbsp chole.

  • For Salad

    Take a bowl and add boiled chole, 2 tbsp chopped tomato,2 tbsp chopped onion and mix well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves mix properly.

  • Serve.
