Chickpea Tikki Recipe

Here is a nutrient dense tikki made with chickpeas, coconut, veggies and spices. A super easy and crisp roasted tiiki make up for a healthy snack. A protein-packed and healthy fats snack.

1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
1 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
1/4 Tsp(0.23 gm) Chaat Masala
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Cup(51.0 gm) Chole
  • In a bowl add 1/4th cup chickpeas, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp chaat masala, 1/8th tsp turmeric powder, 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Mash and mix all ingredients well.

  • Divide into equal parts, roll and flatten it gently.

  • Roast it on a tawa with 2 tsp oil till crisp and golden brown.

  • Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup
