- Step 1 Soak and pressure cook 1/4 cup chickpeas.
- Step 2 In a bowl add cooked chickpeas, 2 tbsp grated dry coconut, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp chaat masala, salt as per taste.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4 Mash and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 5 Divide into equal parts, roll, and flatten it gently.
- Step 6 Roast it on a tawa with 2 tsp oil till crisp and golden brown.
- Step 7 Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup
