- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 cup diced avocado, 1 tsp lemon juice and mash until smooth using a fork
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp of each chopped tomato and onion, 1 tbsp coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 3 Season with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, salt for taste and mix again and seta side
- Step 4 Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil add 1/8 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute for a minute
- Step 5 Add cooked chickpeas and season with 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and salt for taste
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle twist by adding sprouts
- Step 7 Mix well and turn off the flame and let it cool
- Step 8 In a plate take 2 taco shells, fill it with chickpea mixture, top it up with chopped lettuce, 1 tbsp chopped cherry tomato and a generous layer of guacamole.
- Step 9 Serve
