1/2 Tsp(0.49 ml) Lemon Juice
1/3 Tsp(0.45 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(0.3 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tsp(0.3 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Small(3.0 gm) Tomato
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Onion
  • For Guacamole

    In a mixing bowl 1/8 cup diced avocado and mash it well.

  • Add into the 1 tsp chopped tomato,1 /2 tsp chopped onion,1/8 tsp chopped garlic,1/10 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp lemon juice,1/10 tsp salt combine all together.

  • For Chole

    In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/4th tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add boiled chole,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp salt and mix it well.

  • For Taco

    Take taco shells and on each taco shells chole mixture,2 tbsp chopped lettuce,1 tbsp chopped cherry tomato,prepared guacamole.
