Chickpea Salad Recipe

This low carb, high protein salad is a great option for a meal that satiates hunger without being too heavy.

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Chana

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a salad bowl, add cooked chickpea, 1 tbsp each of chopped tomato, and onion.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.

  • Toss and mix all the ingredients well.
