Chickpea Moong Soup Recipe

1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes

  • In a kadai, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato mix & add 1 tbsp diced sweet potao, water and boiled chole.

  • Mix and add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, cover with the lid & cook for 5 min.

  • Transfer into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.

  • Garnish with sprouted moong and serve.
