- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp diced sweet potato and cooked chole
- Step 3 Add water as required and stir all ingredients
- Step 4 Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
- Step 5 Cover with a lid and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 turn off the flame and let it cool slightly
- Step 7 Transfer into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
- Step 8 Transfer soup to a serving bowl
- Step 9 Garnish with boiled moong
- Step 10 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding coriander leaves
- Step 11 Serve hot.
