Soups are one of best option to start a meal with, chickpea protein soup provides a good combination of high protein, fibre and vitamins. It provides a healthy yet nutritious liquid meal option.
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato mix & add 1 tbsp diced sweet potao, water and boiled chole.
Mix and add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, cover with the lid & cook for 5 min.
Transfer into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
Garnish with sprouted moong and serve.
