Chickpea Cauliflower Soup is a smooth, luscious and flavorful protein-packed soup with the goodness of veggies and spices which is filling. Easy to make and makes a perfect warm beverage to have for winter nights.

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
175.0 Ml(175.0 ml) Water
1/4 Boiled Diced Cup(26.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Cup(51.0 gm) Cauliflower
1 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
3 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Chole
  • Heat 2 tsp olive oil, add 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower, 1/4th cup chopped sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp chickpeas, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper.

  • Saute all ingredients, add water and allow it to simmer for 5 mins.

  • Cool and puree the soup smooth using a blender

  • Add 1/8th tsp Red chilli flakes and Stir well.

  • Serve hot
