Steps
- Step 1
Take a bowl and add the previously boiled chole, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp
- Step 2
grated beetroot, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, and 1/4 tsp dry mango
- Step 3
powder.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Mash and mix properly with your hand.
- Step 6
Ensuring all the ingredients are evenly distributed, roll the mixture into cylindricalshaped fingers and coat them with 2 tsp bread crumbs.
- Step 7
Heat 3 tsp oil over low flame in a frying pan.
- Step 8
Shallow fry the fingers on both sides until crispy and golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
