Xacuti is traditional Goan recipe of India. Chicken Xacuti is rich in protein fibre and micronutrients.
heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, prepared paste, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tbsp tamarind and saute well.
Now, add 50 gm chicken and water, bring it to a boil.
Now, add 2 tbsp coconut milk and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
