- Step 1 In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp tamarind paste, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp jaggery powder , 75g chicken pieces, required water and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4 Cook until chicken is tender.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
