1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Jaggery(Powder)
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Vinegar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Tamarind Pulp
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

  • In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp tamarind paste, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp jaggery powder , 50 gm chicken and 50 ml water.
