- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp butter add 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1 bay leaf, 2 black peppercorns,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped mushroom,1/8 cup chopped asparagus, and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp maida then mix well it till combine with vegetables. Then add water as required,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, cooked shredded chicken, mix well, and cook them well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 5 Simmer the soup till it thickens.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
