For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp oats flour, 1/8 tsp salt, water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a kadhai, 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2 Now, add 1/4 cup minced chicken, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp julienne cabbage and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Close the lid and cook for 5 min on low flame.

For Momo
- Step 1 Roll out dough into a round shape, using a round shaped cutter make small sheets and fill the stuffing and seal into momo shape.
- Step 2 Steam the momos and serve hot!
