- Step 1
For Egg Mixture
In a bowl break 2 eggs, add 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and beat well.
- Step 2
For Frittata
In a pan add 1 tsp Butter,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion saute it well.
- Step 3
add 1/8 cup shredded chicken,1 tbsp chopped capsicum,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1/8th cup diced mushroom,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp chili flakes mix well all ingredients.
- Step 4
add egg mixture slowly and 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Step 5
Put a lid and cook the frittata on a slow flame.
- Step 6
Serve Hot
