Chicken Tortilla Wrap Recipe

1.0 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise

1/2 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/2 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Olives
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
2.0 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1.0 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • To make the filling, heat a frying pan add 1 tsp butter, previously shredded chicken, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and mix well.

  • To make the tortilla, take a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, a little water as required and knead it to make a dough.

  • Roll out on a rolling pin.

  • Take a tava and cook the wraps on both sides.

  • To assemble the tortilla wrap, take a plate, place the previously made tortilla and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise on a tortilla.

  • Add the previously made filling, 1 tbsp julienne lettuce, 1/2 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1/2 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp chopped green olives and 1 tsp chopped cherry tomato.

  • Wrap tortilla around the mixture.

  • Serve fresh and hot.
