1/8 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.63 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Minced Cup(33.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Cream
1/4 Chopped Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1 Chopped Tsp(0.73 gm) Parsley
60 Ml(60.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Oregano
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil add 1 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add 1 tbsp maida and mix well. Add 1/4 cup chopped tomato,prepared tomato puree, water as required, 1 tsp oregano,1 tsp chopped parsley,1 tsp chopped basil, mix and cook it well. Blend in a smooth texture and remove it in a pan.

  • Add 1 tsp fresh cream,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, cooked shredded chicken.Then mix well and cook nicely.

  • Serve hot.
