  • Take 1/4th cup chicken, boil, shred and keep aside.

  • To make the chicken tikka, heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/4th tsp jeera.

  • Allowing the jeera to crackle, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp curd and sauté together.

  • Add 1/4th cup of previously shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

  • Further, crumble 1 tsp kasturi methi over the chicken tikka.

  • For smoke, put a burnt coal in a small bowl and place it in the pan.

  • Pour 1 tsp oil on the coal, cover and keep for a few minutes.

  • Once the smoke starts to settle, remove the cover and keep aside.

  • To make the stuffing, take a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt and the previously prepared chicken tikka. Mix properly and keep aside.

  • For the final assembly of the sandwich, take 2 slices of white bread and evenly spread 1.5 tsp butter on both the slices.

  • Place half quantity of the prepared stuffing and cover it with the other slice.

  • Cut and serve fresh.
