- Step 1 To make the chicken tikka, heat 1.5 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/4 tsp jeera. Allow the jeera to crackle, then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 2 Sauté together.
- Step 3 Add the previously shredded chicken and 1/2 tsp lemon juice, and mix well.
- Step 4 Crumble 1 tsp kasturi methi over the chicken tikka.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 6 To create smoke, place a burnt coal in a small bowl and put it in the pan. Pour
- Step 7 oil over the coal, cover, and let it sit for a few minutes. Once the smoke begins
- Step 8 to settle, remove the cover and set aside.
- Step 9 To make the stuffing, take a mixing bowl and add 1.5 tbsp chopped cabbage,
- Step 10 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 3 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, and
- Step 11 the previously prepared chicken tikka. Mix properly and set aside.
- Step 12 For the final assembly of the sandwich, take 2 slices of white bread and
- Step 13 evenly spread 3 tsp butter on both slices. Place half of the prepared stuffing on
- Step 14 one slice and cover it with the other slice.
- Step 15 Cut and serve fresh.
