Take 1/4th cup chicken, boil, shred and keep aside.
To make the chicken tikka, heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/4th tsp jeera.
Allowing the jeera to crackle, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp curd and sauté together.
Add 1/4th cup of previously shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Further, crumble 1 tsp kasturi methi over the chicken tikka.
For smoke, put a burnt coal in a small bowl and place it in the pan.
Pour 1 tsp oil on the coal, cover and keep for a few minutes.
Once the smoke starts to settle, remove the cover and keep aside.
To make the stuffing, take a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt and the previously prepared chicken tikka. Mix properly and keep aside.
For the final assembly of the sandwich, take 2 slices of white bread and evenly spread 1.5 tsp butter on both the slices.
Place half quantity of the prepared stuffing and cover it with the other slice.
Cut and serve fresh.
