To make the chicken tikka, heat 1.5 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/4 tsp jeera.
Allowing the jeera to crackle, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and sauté together.
Add 1/4 cup of previously shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Further, crumble 1 tsp kasturi methi over the chicken tikka.
For smoke, put a burnt coal in a small bowl and place it in the pan.
Pour 1 tsp oil on the coal, cover and keep for a few minutes.
Once the smoke starts to settle, remove the cover and keep aside.
To make the stuffing, take a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 3 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt and the previously prepared chicken tikka. Mix properly and keep aside.
For the final assembly of the sandwich, take 2 slices of white bread and evenly spread 3 tsp butter on both the slices.
Place half quantity of the prepared stuffing and cover it with the other slice.
Cut and serve fresh.
