For Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1.5 tsp oil. Mix well.
- Step 2 Now add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp corn flour mixture, 20 ml water and mix into a smooth paste. Keep aside.

For Tikka Skewers
- Step 1 Insert 70g chicken pieces and 5 yellow capsicum cubes, 6 red capsicum cubes, 6 green capsicum cubes, alternately on skewers, apply the marination well.
- Step 2 Brush the pan with 1/2 oil.
- Step 3 Roast till light brown or well cooked.

For gravy
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 To the pan, add 1/8 tsp jeera, onion tomato puree and bring to a boil.
- Step 3 Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, water as required and the cooked tikkas.
- Step 5 Give it a good mix and garnish with 1 tsp cream and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 7 Serve hot with rotis.
