For Chicken Tikka
- Step 1 Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and saute well.
- Step 3 Then add 4.5 tbsp shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

For Smoking The Chicken
- Step 1 Add 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi.
- Step 2 Place 1 burnt coal and add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3 Cover and allow the smoke to settle.
- Step 4 Keep aside.

For Salad
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1.5 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, prepared chicken tikka and mix well and keep aside.

For Frankie
- Step 1 On a pan, roast the roti on 1 side.
- Step 2 Spread 2 tsp schezwan chutney on the roti.
- Step 3 Then spread 2 tbsp julienne cabbage, half of prepared stuffing and fold into a frankie.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Cut and serve.
