  • For chicken tikka,

  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and saute well.

  • Then add 1/4 cup shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

  • For smoke,

  • Add 1 tsp crushed kasturi methi.

  • Place 1 burnt coal and add 1 tsp oil.

  • Cover and allow the smoke to settle.

  • Keep aside.

  • For salad

    In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, prepared chicken tikka and mix well and keep aside.

  • For frankie

    On a pan, roast chapatti on 1 side

  • Spread 2 tsp schezwan chutney on the roti.

  • Then spread 1/4 cup cabbage, half of prepared stuffing and fold into a frankie.

  • Cut and serve.
