For Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp oil, salt as per taste, 1 tsp corn flour and water as required.
- Step 2 Mix into a smooth paste.
- Step 3 Give a nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.

For Tikka
- Step 1 Insert 6 cubes each of red and green capsicum, 5 cubes yellow capsicum & 70 g chicken alternately on skewers.
- Step 2 Brush a good amount of the marination on the chicken and vegetables.
- Step 3 Allow roasting till light brown with 1 tsp oil and well cooked.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
