- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute until onion turns to translucent.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/8 cup diced mushroom, and saute until vegetables are semisoft.
- Step 3 Add 50g chicken pieces, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, water as required, mix, and cook until chicken is tender.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup boiled noodles to a serving bowl and pour chicken vegetable soup.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and drizzle 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
