Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 100 gm of fresh boneless chicken pieces and stir fry until cooked.
- Step 3
For the sauce, first heat 1/2 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic until it turns medium brown.
- Step 4
Now add 1 tbsp green thai curry paste.
- Step 5
Add water after the paste sizzles and releases oil.
- Step 6
Now add 3 florets broccoli, about 1/8 tsp salt to taste, 1/4 tsp black pepper and mix well.
- Step 7
Next, add 1/2 cup coconut milk and 3 basil leaves and stir well.
- Step 8
To this mix, add the stir fried chicken and mix all the ingredients well .Cover the pan with a lid to cook until the broth boils and the chicken is tender.
