Chicken Tangdi kebab recipe is a popular restaurant-style appetizer marinated in a flavorsome mixture and is easy to cook. It is grilled to perfection making it a nutrient-dense starter and is great to serve with some mint or green chutney.

In a mixing bowl, marinate 4 chicken leg pieces with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
Then add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix it well.
Make sure the spices are coated well on the chicken.
Take a fresh nonstick pan and heat 2 tbsp oil in it.
Roast the spiced chicken legs well on all sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
