1.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1.0 Powder Tsp(2.0 gm) Red Chilly
1.0 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Haldi
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper

2.0 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
  • In a mixing bowl, marinate 4 chicken leg pieces with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Then add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix it well.

  • Make sure the spices are coated well on the chicken.

  • Take a fresh nonstick pan and heat 2 tbsp oil in it.

  • Roast the spiced chicken legs well on all sides.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
