- Step 1 In a bowl, add 100 gms chicken, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated beetroot.
- Step 3 Mix and marinate well. Keep it aside.
- Step 4 In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp oil, add marinated chicken and roast on both sides.
- Step 5 For the smoke, burn a piece of coal, place it in the pan and add oil.
- Step 6 Cover the pan till the smoke settles.
- Step 7 Serve hot with chutney.
