This soup is perfect for this weather cos it’s a comforting healthy soup with sweet corn kernels in flavorful chicken stock with sweet corn kernels. It’s simple to make, warming and delicious and everything you’re looking for a winter dinner.
Melt 1 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame.
Add 50gm of shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper.
Pour in the chicken stalk, 1/4th cup sweet corn paste, boiled sweet corn and previously dissolved 1 tsp cornflour in water.
Once it starts simmering, add a single whisked egg white only.
Stirring continuously, bring the soup to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
