- Step 1
In a heated pressure cooker add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/8 cup diced carrot, 1/8 cup diced potato, 1/8 cup chopped cauliflower, 1/8 cup chopped french beans and saute well.
- Step 3
Once mixed, add 100gm chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 cinamon stick, 3 cloves, little water and 1/4 tsp jeera.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 5
Stir, cover & cook for 2 whistles.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
