Chicken Stew With Vegetables Recipe

  • Take a pressure cooker and heat 1 tsp oil in it.

  • Add 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/8th cup diced carrot, 1/8th cup diced potato, 1/8th cup chopped cauliflower, 1/8th cup chopped french beans and saute well.

  • Once mixed, add chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 cinamon stick, 3 cloves, a little water and finally 1/4th tsp jeera.

  • Stir, cover & cook for 2 whistles.

  • Serve hot.
