Chicken and vegetable makes a great combination of protein, fibre vitamins and minerals. A healthy yet tasty liquid meal option for your child to snack on.
Take a pressure cooker and heat 1 tsp oil in it.
Add 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/8th cup diced carrot, 1/8th cup diced potato, 1/8th cup chopped cauliflower, 1/8th cup chopped french beans and saute well.
Once mixed, add chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 cinamon stick, 3 cloves, a little water and finally 1/4th tsp jeera.
Stir, cover & cook for 2 whistles.
