- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1.5 tbsp chopped capsicum,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tsp chopped spring onion and stir fry.
- Step 3 Then add 50 gm shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Spread out spring roll sheet, spread the mixture and put 1 cheese slice on it.
- Step 6 Roll up and seal using maida paste.
- Step 7 Heat oil for frying and deep fry chicken spring rolls until golden brown.
- Step 8 Serve hot with ketchup.
