Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 2 To the pan add 1
- Step 3 5 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and stir fry
- Step 4 Then add 50 gm shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well
- Step 5 Spread out spring roll sheet, spread the mixture and put 1 cheese slice
- Step 6 Roll up and seal using maida paste
- Step 7 Heat oil for frying and deep fry chicken spring rolls until golden brown
- Step 8 Serve hot with ketchup
