- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
To the pan add 1.5 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and stir fry.
- Step 3
Then add 50 gm shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Spread out spring roll sheet, spread the mixture and put 1 cheese slice.
- Step 5
Roll up and seal using maida paste.
- Step 6
Heat oil for frying and deep fry chicken spring rolls until golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot with ketchup.
