50 Gm(50.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
  • In a kadhai, heat 1.5 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute till it turns golden brown now add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion 1 tbsp chopped carrot and saute.

  • Add 50 gm chicken and saute again till it turns golden brown.

  • Now add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk while stirring slowly, add 1/8th tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp oregano and corn flour slurry.

  • Mix properly, cover and cook till the chicken is done.

  • Time to add boiled macaroni and 2 tbsp chopped spinach, mix well and serve hot.
