1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger
1 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
2 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Boiled Diced Cup(22.0 gm) Potato
1/2 Shredded Cup(17.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
  • For tikki

    Add 1/8th cup boiled diced potato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped spinach, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp wheat flour, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, boiled shredded chicken, 1 tbsp bread crumbs and mash well.

  • Make into tikki shape, and shallow fry these tikkis in 1 tsp oil.

  • Apply 2 tsp mayonnaise on bun slices, add 1 no. of lettuce on 1 no. of onion slice, tikkis, 2 no. of tomato slices and cover with another slice.
