- Step 1 Add 1/8 cup boiled diced potato,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped spinach,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp wheat flour,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp garam masala, boiled shredded chicken,1 tbsp bread crumbs and mash well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Make into tikki shape, and shallow fry in 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4 Apply 2 tsp mayonnaise on bun slices, place 1 lettuce leaf,1 onion slice, cooked tikki, 2 tomato slices and cover with another slice.
- Step 5 Serve.
