Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1 tbsp chopped onion.
Once the onions turn transparent, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic along with 1/2 tsp chopped ginger and sauté.
Once they are slightly browned, add chopped chicken and sauté.
Once slightly cooked, add a little water.
Allowing the soup to simmer, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and mix well.
Cover and cook for a few more minutes.
Once the chicken becomes tender, uncover and add 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
