- Step 1 Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a pan at a low flame and add 1 tbsp chopped onion.
- Step 2 Once the onions turn transparent, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic along with 1/2 tsp chopped ginger and sauté.
- Step 3 Once they are slightly browned, add 75gm chopped chicken and sauté.
- Step 4 Once slightly cooked, add a little water.
- Step 5 Allowing the soup to simmer, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrots.
- Step 7 Cover and cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 8 Once the chicken becomes tender, uncover and add 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
