Shawarma is an Arab meat snack based with whole wheat bread, rich in protein fiber and carbohydrate.

In 70 gm chicken breast, add in 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/8th tsp salt.
Mix & marinate for 30 minutes.
In 1/4th cup julienne potato, add 1/8th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp haldi.
Mix & marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan.
Grill the marinated chicken on both the sides and cut it into strips.
Heat the oil for frying and deep fry the potato till golden.
Roast pita bread on both the sides.
Apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp pizza sauce, grilled chicken strips, french fries and 1 tsp cabbage.
Roll & serve the chicken shawarma.
