Chicken Shawarma Recipe

0.06 Julienne Cup(10.0 gm) Potato
3.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
6.0 Tbsp(48.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise
2.0 Julienne Tbsp(12.0 gm) Cabbage
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation

    In 70 gm chicken breast, add in 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Mix & marinate for 30 minutes.

  • In 1/4th cup julienne potato, add 1/8th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp haldi.

  • Mix & marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Keep aside.

  • For chicken

    Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan.

  • Grill the marinated chicken on both the sides and cut it into strips.

  • Heat the oil for frying and deep fry the potato till golden.

  • For shawarma

    Roast pita bread on both the sides.

  • Apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp pizza sauce, grilled chicken strips, french fries and 1 tsp cabbage.

  • Roll & serve the chicken shawarma.
