- Step 1
Prepreparation
Marinate 50 gm Chicken Breast with 2.5 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 tsp Garam Masala,1/8 tsp Salt for 30 minutes.
- Step 2
Mix 1/8 cup Julienne Potato with 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Haldi and deep fry until golden brown french fries.
- Step 3
Make a roti out of 5.5 tbsp Wheat Flour, and water.
- Step 4
For chicken
Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan.
- Step 5
Grill the marinated chicken on both the sides and cut it into strips.
- Step 6
Heat the oil for frying and deep fry the potato till golden.
- Step 7
For shawarma
Roast pita bread on both the sides.
- Step 8
Apply 2 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp pizza sauce, grilled chicken strips, french fries and 2 tbsp cabbage.
- Step 9
Roll & serve the chicken shawarma.
