- Step 1
In a pressure cooker, add 1/2 cup minced chicken, 1/4 cup diced potato, 3 dry red chilli, 1/8 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp dhania seeds, 4 cloves, 4 black peppercorns, 4 garlic pods, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and water.
- Step 2
Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Step 3
Remove potato & blend remaining mixture into paste.
- Step 4
Mash potato and add into mixture.
- Step 5
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix properly.
- Step 6
Give a nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Grease hands with oil and make tikki.
- Step 8
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 9
Shallow fry tikki on both the sides till it turns golden brown and serve hot.
