Finely minced, tender chicken wrapped on hot iron rods and grilled in tandoor to perfection for a crispy outer covering and a soft juicy inner chicken makes a protein rich starter for any occasion.
Fry 1/2 cup onion and allow it to turn brown.
Make powder of 1.5 tbsp bhuna chana.
Make green chutney
In a blender, add 1/4th cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th cup chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt. Grind and make chutney.
To Make Chicken Seekh
In a blender, add 1/2 cup chicken mince, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th cup brown onions, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp bhuna chana powder and 1 tsp ghee.
Blend all ingredients well, add 1/2 tsp salt, mix well and keep it aside.
Now take a little portion of the mixture and roll it on the skewers.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and place the prepared skewers on it.
Roast it evenly from all sides.
Serve this yummy dish with previously prepared green chutney.
