A homemade chicken sandwich with a wide variety of add-ons makes a perfect snack or light dinner option. Protein rich and energy dense snack.
Boil chicken, shred and keep aside.
In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp shredded chicken, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, 1/8th tsp salt and mix it well.
Spread 2 tsp butter on breads, spread the prepared chicken stuffing on it.
Place another bread slice on top.
Serve the homemade chicken sandwich with ketchup.
