2.0 Shredded Tbsp(16.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
2.0 3"(42.0 gm) White Bread
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
  • Boil chicken, shred and keep aside.

  • For stuffing

    In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp shredded chicken, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, 1/8th tsp salt and mix it well.

  • For sandwich

    Spread 2 tsp butter on breads, spread the prepared chicken stuffing on it.

  • Place another bread slice on top.

  • Serve the homemade chicken sandwich with ketchup.
