To prepare the salami for the stuffing, take a pan and melt 1/2 tbsp butter in it.
Add salami and sear on both sides.
To make the roti, take a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water.
Knead into a dough and roll out on a rolling pin.
Take a tava and cook on both the sides
Take the tortilla and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise on it.
Add chicken salami slices, 1 tbsp shredded lettuce, 1 tomato slice, 1 onion slice and 1 tsp chopped olives.
Wrap the tortilla around the mixture and pin it with a toothpick.
Serve fresh.
