- Step 1
Heat a frying pan and add 2 tsp oil along with 1/4 tsp jeera.
- Step 2
Once the jeera starts crackling, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 3
When the onions turn slightly brown, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, then sauté again.

Sprinkle in 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp haldi, then pour in a little water.
- Step 5
Next, add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, and 100 gm chicken pieces. Sauté well.

Once the chicken is coated with all the ingredients, add a little more water, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, and the previously made mustard leaves puree.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 8
Mix properly, then add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 9
Cover and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 10
Once cooked, remove from the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 11
Serve hot with chapati.
