Chicken is a food that is eaten routinely, and chicken legs’ juicy dark meat works well in a variety of dishes. Chicken legs make healthy additions to your diet, too, providing minerals and vitamins your cells require to function.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai.
Add 1/4 tsp jeera in hot oil and allow it to crackle.
Now, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till they turn slight brown.
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, and 1/4 tsp salt and allow to cook for a while.
Add 50 gm chicken pieces and mix well.
Add sufficient water to adjust consistency.
Cover with a lid and cook until chicken gets dry.
Add 1/4 cup coconut milk and cook well.
Finally, garnish with 2 tsp coriander leaves and serve hot.
