For Chicken Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 tbsp dry red chili powder,1/8 tbsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8 tsp oregano,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp oil, chicken strips and mix it well.

For Chicken Quinoa Fajita
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne green capsicum,1/8 cup julienne red capsicum,1/8 cup julienne yellow capsicum, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add the marinated chicken strips, 1/8 cup quinoa, water as required, cover with a lid and cook on slow flame.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and serve.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves.
