- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped onions, 3 cloves and saute till golden brown.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix.
- Step 4 Add 100g of minced chicken and saute well.
- Step 5 Add water to get the required consistency.
- Step 6 Now add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 14 tsp black pepper powder, cover and allow to cook.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Fill the mixture inside 1 cup boiled mashed potato and make tikkis.
- Step 9 Coat in egg, then with 1/8 cup bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Step 10 Heat 1 tsp oil for frying.
- Step 11 Shallow fry the prepared tikkis until light brown on both sides.
- Step 12 Serve hot with your choice of dip.
